Get ready for lags, broken OP skills like necrmancer bash, lags, stuck in combat bug, lags, not responsive client = skills and attacks not firing, lags, skills not doing what they supposed to... Did I mentioned lags?
I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

Strange, ive been trying it out for at least a week now, and while I mostly got killed before I could do stuff (Reason for this Thread in the first place), I had no lags at all...

Well, unless you talk about FPS drop, I had that once when there was really too much going on at my screen, but I could fix that by just switching some settings down...

I'm not an expert when it comes to PvP, because the first time I ever got into Cyrodiil was in a few months ago with my warden healer. That was my main character, then I switched to necro, as a healer / magicka dps.
In the last couple of days I decided to give it a try and let's see how necro healer performs in PvP enviroment.
I think every class has its strength and weakness, it's up to you how you can handle it and what feels the best for you.
In PvE, I felt like playing a necro is a bit more challenging than a warden, and the same could be right for PvP too, because many of your skills requires a corpse to be effective.

I can not say much that wasn't mentioned in the previous replies before, but here's what I can tell you so far, based on my own experiences:
    - There are very few guides and builds for necro healer for PvP, because the class itself is still very new, but try to search for videos on YouTube.
    - You will die a lot. Prepare yourself...
    - Learn how to dodge, block etc.
    - Have your gear be with Impenetrable traits. This is very important. You can go 5 heavy 2 light, or 5 light 2 heavy, whichever suits you better.
    - Mundus stone: Atronach, Mage or Lady are the most useful ones in my opinion. Atronach gives you magicka regen, Mage gives you more magicka, and the Lady increases your physical and spell resistance.
    - If you do CP Cyrodiil, then put some points into Resistant perk too.
    - Monster sets I've tried: Troll King, Pirate Skeleton, Chockethorn, Nightflame. For the rest try Kagrenac, Seducer, Necropotence, Shacklebreaker or something like that. Right now I'm testing Pirate Skeleton + Seducer + Vanus's.
    - Ad for enchantments, use tri-stat for the big pieces (chest, legs, helm) and always use buff food.
    - Use Resto staff on front bar, and 1H+shield on back bar. When I first started playing in Cyrodiil I was like "oh I'm gonna be fine with my destro staff on the back", well, not so much...
    - Try to get in to a zerg group or just follow them.
    - If you just want to get AP, buy repair kits and repair doors/walls when you can.
    - Skills I'd recommend: Summoner's Armor, Remote Totem, Mender Pet, Resistent Flash, Healing Springs/Enduring Undeath.
    PC EU: 810+ CP
"Only the Aldmeri—the High Elves and their noble allies, the Wood Elves and Cat-Men—have the wisdom and restraint to peaceably rule the disparate peoples of Tamriel. [...] Men always follow the destructive path of their defender and apologist, the Missing God whom we shall not name. [...] The world has gone wrong, and we must put it right. March proudly beneath the eagle banner of the Aldmeri Dominion! "

Nah I'm talking about latency, I have no serious FPS issues. It depends on platform and most of all the time zone you play. On PC EU in peek hours lag is so big that even NPCs act like they'd have lags. Things like Mudfish or WTFast won't help with it as it happens because of server load. Don't get me wrong, I love PvP in this game but current state of performance makes me very sad and embittered :/

As to PvP it self. Impenetrable is your best friend. PvP healer needs to be combination of high resistance and sustain. Any decent PvP group will focus you immediately in the moment they recognise you as a healer. Learn how to use LoS (Line of sight) - this is your best friend when it goes to fighting or surviving multiple enemies. In time you will "feel" the combat flow, you will see when your enemies are really retreating and when they are trying to pull you. If you're not very good in duels don't chase running away people, many times they try to do pull&kill tactic.

When I'm thinking about Cyrodiil PvP there is so many tips and tricks that it's hard to mention all of them. From things like how to get through heavy defended breach (forward momentum + mount does wonders - works for me 95% of a time) to how behave when you see 2 people fighting (most of the time it would be polite not to interfere as they probably dueling).
I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

I am healer Necromancer, and I ant to get into Cyrodill PvP, still as a healer, what advice would you give me to prepare?

I tried to get into it with my normaly casual PvE gear, but I just got oneshot after oneshot while trying to heal...

Impen gear and CP. Some 2500-3000 resists.

As PvP healer you are 40%tank. You have to learn to block and heal yourself through some oh-*** situations. Put something into block cost CP. Have a bit stamina to block or an ice staff on the bar. Because they usually want to kill you and then the others. Dont worry as long as you are not in a premanent organized group. Everyone has a heal. So, learn to survive and heal. Learn to be mobile if you are not.

You need some mitigation. 5 fortified brass for example. And then sustain like 5 seducer. Anything else is experience

Necro has some bada** ultimates and scythe. Should be good fun once you find your style.
