Ideally, you'd want your attributes into magic instead of health. Swap your execute and shield places around. Moondancer hasn't really been used seriously in quite a while. You're much better pairing burning spell weave or mother's sorrow with necro. Good dps boils down to weaving light attacks before every skill, in a fluid rotation. 20k is a small start. It's hard to know what you need to improve on, without having a video to go by. Not sure which platform you're on.

That's really difficult to say because DPS very much depends on your skill in executing your rotation and the build, rather than just what CP level you are at.

However if you are pushing close to 20K, that is actually fine for most content (not all), this DPS will rise as you progress through CP levels (correctly allocated CPs can add quite a few thousand to DPS come 810).

There is some good advice above from others, Id switch around your sets for sure. If you are stuck, just get your hands on Julianos at least, and pair this with something else decent.

Keep at it, I could not get above 15K for a very long time, then it clicked and I can pull about 35k now. That click, was in large part learning to weave light attacks properly into my rotations and animation cancelling (I am still learning and improving with both). There are some good videos explaining, look online.
