Why not balanced trait on weapons ?

Hey,
why there is unbalance between one-handed vs two-handed ?
Weapon Enchantment now are ok but trait not...
One vs Two
220% vs 220% Charged
20% vs 40% Decisive
1376 vs 2752 Defending
30/50 vs 30/50 Infused
15% vs 15% Nirnhoned
4,5% vs 9% Powered
3,5% vs 7% Precise
1376 vs 2752 Sharpened
4,5% vs 9% Training
Summary only Nirnhoned/Infused/Charged are kinda BIS for one-handed.
It is a bug or future ?

Screamo✭✭✭Infused is balanced by the enchants being halfed. Nirnhoned by the lower dmg on the weapons itself and charged no clue, but stam status effects kinda suck anyway5 -

Charged - then if i have fire sword and frost sword thier base proc is 64% or 32% for elemental status ?
What about shield they have full trait power ?0 -

Charged is 110% on DW, not 220%. And S&B is completely different weapon line from DW, with different skills and passives, don't mix them together.0 -

Enchantments have a base of 20% chance to proc status effects. So 110% more would be 22%+20%= 42% chance to proc status effects on a single one handed charged weapon. If you have dual weild charged, it would bring the chance to proc each status effect from each of the enchantment, up to 64%.
Shields don't have weapon traits, they have armor traits, by definition, they are much weaker then weapon traits, so it is fine they have a full armor trait.0
