Provide the necessary information. Try to solve some related problems with linking your account to mail.
Step 5.
Get wild conditions rebind account.
Refuse.
Ask about solving the performance issues.
Step 6.
At last some advices to try solve problems! But what is it? Turn off/on your router, clean Mac Address… Is it all?
Step 7.
Receive the answer that it’s all and now it is the problem of Microsoft.

P.S. I recently played in the ESO and for the first time appealed in support of this game. But after all this, it confidently climbed to the top of the most disgusting game supports. (imho of course)
