i have an issue with the passive "Magicka Controller".
Instead of having the 2% max magicka for putting the meteor on my main bar (destro staff) i got it on the back bar (resto).
To be sure it wasn't a visual bug or a mistake from me, i removed every skills from the back bar (resto), and still got the bonus on this bar, where there is literally no skills at all.
Removing weapons and putting them back doesn't change anything either.
Question tho, is someone facing the same issue ?
