Weird take but okay. There are alchemical grenades in the game already. There’s quests in Deshaan where the grenades carry disease. Unless it’s the word “grenade” that you don’t like. How about “thrown poisons”?

The functionality exists with the boss in Darkshade Caverns 1 who tosses poison circles, the sound of bottle breaking included.

Putting it on a World skill line lets them scale it up and down on the fly according to how gamebreaking it is. And make Alchemy crafting skill unlock the various tiers.
