Argonian Hero, Bosmer Hero, Orc Hero ...

We have Altmer Hero, Breton Hero and Nord Hero already. We need a hero for the other races. Khajiit has Razum-dar and Khamira. Dunmer have Naryu, though maybe they could get one more except they have the Tribunal as major npcs and Divayth Fyr.

Imperials are generally the bad guys, but they should still get one.

So who is the Orc hero? Who is the Bosmer hero? who is the Argonian hero? Who is the Redguard hero?

Redguard had a “player stand in” for Warden and Necromancer advertisements, and one could argue the Redguard Hero is Sai Sahan, but I’m not convinced.

The Hero Races were just stand-ins for PCs, one from each Alliance. There's never been anything to indicate that all the races were ever going to get a 'Hero' NPC or anything.

The three main characters from the first ever trailer have their own costume and two of them have made reappearances in further game trailer content. The Altmer female was in Summerset ad and the Breton Hero is in Elsweyr ad.

One can dream. If you could nominate an npc to get the hero treatment who would it be?

They're like the derplander/warrior of light in FFXIV. They are sort of vaguely actual characters, with their own agency, but they are actually just stand-ins for the player character.
They may experience things or events from a different perspective than the actual player, but the implication is that they are simply representative of any player.
It's why you never see them as actual NPCs in game, only ever in cinematics.

Now, when they start meta-fictioning them like SE did with the warrior of light (/darkness), then they'll be worth more discussion, but for all intents and purposes, they don't truly exist as their own characters in the game itself.
As such, there's no real need for each race to have a hero. The triple ouroboros means there's 3 sides, so each side gets a hero *shrugs*
The other characters you mentioned aren't the same thing. They are simply important and recurring NPCs encountered only in the game.

    In terms of the cinematics:

Redguard Hero is Boldekh, the Warden from the Advertisements. He gets a name in Naryu's Journal, released with Morrowind.

Imperials have Abnur Tharn. Sure, he's not an unqualified good guy (far from it) but that sort of mixed bag is actually really typical of the Imperials of this era.

    In terms of the game:
Imperial: Captain Caudex fron the Imperial City DLC eally embodies the Imperial ideal you might be more familiar with from the single player TES Games. The Drake of Blades is also fantastic, but I don't recall if her race is confirmed Imperial.

The Orc Hero is Chief Bazrag. Spoilers for Orsinium.
Its Chief Bazrag who embodies the traditional culture of the Orcs, opposes King Kurog's attempt to take over all the clans by murdering their chiefs, and steps up to lead Orsinium into becoming a true kingdom for the Orcs rather than just a subordiante part of the Covenant or giving up vital parts of their tradition culture.

The Bosmer Heroes are the Green Lady and the Silvenar. Together they embody the physical and spiritual strength of the Bosmer.

Argonian...I haven't finished Murkmire yet. I have my suspicions about who I'd nominate, but I can't say for sure yet. In the base game, Walk-In-Ash is my favorite Argonian NPC, as its her sensible and wise counsel that helps keep the Pact together through the crises in Stonefalls and the Rift.

OP's talking about the three characters in the original game Cinematics. a Nord representing the Pact, a Breton, the Covenant, and an Altmer for the Dominion.

The in-game characters don't equate to the cinematic ones, you shouldn't combine them all as "Heroes". The original three were supposed to represent their Alliances, not their Race. There doesn't need to be a Hero character for each one.

    Would be nice though.
Would also be nice if they finished the class costumes too. We have Warden costume (and supposedly Necro costume is coming) what about Templar costume, Dragonknight costume, Sorcerer costume, Nightblade (not Dark Brotherhood) costume?

Taking stealth away from the Bosmer is like taking magic away from the Altmer, making Nords allergic to mead, or making Orcs pretty.

Calo from Elsweyr has become some kind of Imperial Hero. He doesn’t just look super handsome, he’s quite smart and loyal, too.

If you’re brave you could rate Abnur as another Imperial Hero... and Sai as the Redguard counterpart.

    BTW, what race is Cadwell?

For me there is a simple condition for some NPC to be considered "hero" and it is one of 2:
    - Certain recognizable character needs to appear multiple times in trailers.
    Or:
    - Certain recognizable character needs to appear in a base game and some dlcs / chapter.

As far as I can tell, there is no Argonian NPC that would qualify. The only Argonian that has a chance for "main npc hero" is Captain One-Eye.
    https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Captain_One-Eye

I mean it is (as far as I know) the only Argonian NPC that is later on in main story, that does not die. After main story, this NPC simply vanishes from the game and does not appear.

Well, there is the "King Kurog" costume I suppose... but more is always... more!

Good point, there are some interesting bosmer, but... none with any "heroic outfit"... maybe bring Evili Sharp-Arrow back with one of those for some "Falinesti DLC" someday?

Again, we have some notable argonians here and there, but... none with any special "hero" outfit, really. Still, there is a lot of black marsh left to someday do that I suppose...

Could care less about these cinematic "heroes". If these characters don't exist in game, then they don't really exist for me.

If they represent players in game, then YOU are the hero. Pick your favorite costume/outfit and go nuts. Problem solved.

I think that was the main argument. That there are extra-special "HERO!!!" costumes for breton, altmer and nord styles, and some that might fir the bill for dunmer and khajiit, but... the OP was missing some for the rest...
