[Support for Alts] Make Guild Reprints work like reading the book

Suggestion for reducing grind with alts: When placed in your Housing, allow your alts (but not someone else's toons) to read the Guild Reprint books and count as having collected them.

    When Housing was introduced with Update 13, ZoS was emphatic that furnishing items, guild reprints in particular, would not be permitted to bypass gameplay.

    Recently, it seems ZoS might reconsider lorebook grind, and this would be a great way to do it.

    There is one fatal flaw, however...

    How does the Crown Store make money?

    Haven't they already failed that mandate with set crafting stations and such? You don't even need to own Clockwork City to use a Transmute Station. And then there's Mundus Stones...

    We have to go by ZoS's definition of game play.
