Is Ricochet skull supposed to be uncloakable?

I almost never play my magblade so I'm not sure if this is just the typical cloak not working as it hasn't worked since, well ever, but I just couldn't cloak incoming ricochet skulls earlier today. You can see I successfully cloak an incoming lotus fan and swallow soul, but the ricochet skull pulls me out of cloak and lands 3 times in 3 seconds.
