Harborage As A House

I would love to see the Harborage available as a house. It hasn't been used since the base main quest and is already solo instanced. I see it as the perfect thing to reuse it for and it wouldn't cost ZOS too many resources to make happen.

Ideally they wouldn't sell it but rather it be a reward for a certain achievement that takes a decent amount of time to acquire.

    Which one... as far as I know each alliance has a different setting for the harbourage, DC is a small cave outside daggerfall, EP is set inside a small Daedric ruin (from what I can remember anyway) and I have no idea on the AD one as I’ll never make an AD character.

    Should be added as a reward for completing the main quest!

    I've always been a little disappointed with the rewards offered, although the skill points are nice!

    for what i remember it are all 3 caves and yes it would be awesome to get it as a reward for completion off the main quest
