Totally Broken Necromancer Cannot Use Abilities

I am playing a redguard necromancer, around level 30 when this is happening, stamina damage dealer using greatsword.

Things were fine until today. Now, anytime after I have been in combat since loading in, I cannot summon my skeleton (even if it charges stamina for it) and my skulls will not stack and do their third big attack. Non class abilities are also not working right: brawler is not granting me a damage shield. If I block, I then have the block shield stuck up permanently in my face but no blocking buff ever appears in my buffs. I also am unable to sprint. I cannot eat food/drinks or use exp scrolls. This is unplayable right now! Please help. If there is something just broken/corrupted with this character and I have to delete him I would like to know before I level him anymore, I don't want to waste my time.

As you will see, I am unable to eat food, my two handed ability does not give me a damage shield, my skeleton archer summon almost never appears (though you see it charges the stamina for it), I cannot mount even in a part of this dungeon that you normally can as shown by my teammate, I was trying to mount because I cannot sprint for more than three steps, my skulls are broken--this time they are stuck on the big hit instead of never stacking, and I wish I had not stopped recording because after this I lost the ability entirely to swap weapons.

Please look into this, please let me know if this is fixable or if I should just delete and remake

NOTHING!!! F- all.
yea, way to go ZOS.....faith in customer service at zero now. Not that they care, im one lowly little player amongst the many so yea...…../sigh

Lel they can't even fix the bugs from a new class which is one of the selling points for the new expansion... There is no hope for this game.

Same issue for 2 days now, but only on the Stamina Necro using a bow and 2-handed weapon. I am not having trouble with any other characters I have. I have tried bar switching, but sometimes the bar won't switch either. I have used /reloadui, logged off and back on, died, used a wayshrine, typed /stuck, closed the game completely and rerun the client again, with no change.

1. Can't Crouch
2. Can't Run
3. Can't Mount
4. If I can mount I can't sustain speed just comes in bursts
5. I am having trouble using consumables

I won't be playing the Necro toons until this is fixed, I will be having trouble with all guild business and tracking trading prices until the server is fixed and addons are reenabled. *Sigh*

I have issues with my necro:

- can't run consistently
- can't mount sometimes
- Hidden Blade don't give major brutality
- Briarheart set don't give 5th bonus
- can't use food/drink sometimes
- when using one weapon - dual daggers, other - bow is dragging on the floor as I go

So really can't play as intented.

re logged helped, removed the auto agro to guards. Could mount or swap weapons after re-logging. But fast ride & other issues still existed. fixing to login & mess with it again.

Very brutal bug, not with time playing the char atm lol

Had the same issues. Relogging or changing zone fixed it for a few minutes, but what really fixed it for the last 3 days was getting killed by trash mobs

I have encountered the exact same problem w/ my stamina necro. I have put in a ticket, #: 190615-007483.

I've tried everything, including getting slaughtered by mobs to no avail. Its about time for zos to start earning their pay.

I've had a new issue on my necromancer happening the last few days, where my skeletal archer will not get summoned, depending on where I'm standing in regards to the target dummy or NPC enemy. It seems that it gets bugged somehow with certain angles/distance, and summoning it repeatedly fails, unless I change position. I've had this happening in both dummy parses and live fights, and it's really disruptive. Also, a visual bug (beisdes the one where my bow appears on the feet of my character) that has started happening with my necro is that the block icon and animation (crossed hands/weapons) that appears when characters are actively blocking, gets stuck, and permanently show on my necromancer. Not even reloading the UI fixed it, and I had to reload the game. This has happened both in overland and group content.

Same issues on my Stam Necro. PC NA. If you kill your character the bugs go away for a bit. Only way I have found to get back to "normal" is to kill my character. Logging off and on, reloadui, nothing else works.

Way to go ZOS! Thanks for not responding to this horrid mess!

My rig is pretty damn good, not top tech but damn good, and as a former IT sytem and networks tech, I know my sh*t around it. It's working flawlessly and can run games much more demanding than ESO. As for my internet, optic fiber up to my living room, everything else working fine. I should know, I did everything myself. Ping is 60 at worse when playing ESO.

Stamina Necromancers have been bugged for at least a month now. I have created and deleted a (21) sta tank necro and a (16) sta dps necro.

I'm having the exact same issue and it has been over a month since i've been able to play my level 30 something stam necromancer due to not being able to mount, or run, I also had a glitch where I used flesh colossus ult and it was invisible, and then one time I ran past an NPC, did nothing, and they started cowering in fear, making me believe that my flesh colossus ult was following me, even though invisible, and I got a bounty due to that.

I'm over a month on my stamina necro bugged w/ 2 support tickets & still nothing from zos.

They have taken everyone's money & ran. They have no intention on fixing this bug & they sure as hell don't give a damn that we spent money on a product that is unusable.
