The numbers have been posted in the description again.
TL;DR Nightblades lost about 0,1% Damage because Minor Vulnerability is just as much damage as Major Fracture and Minor Berserk combined.
All of this is proven by my testing.

how do i know you're telling the truth

The build I tested it with had the exact same offensive stats each test, I only ever changed my shoulder piece from 1x slimecraw to 1x bloodspawn with the exact same trait and glyph.
Just so I could obtain all these numbers.

All the numbers are posted in the description, you can do the % difference calculations yourself for more accurate numbers as I rounded all of them up or down. 5 = +

My target never changed its build or CP of any sorts nor did he use any defensive proc sets such as bloodspawn to make the testing as accurate as possible.

If you do not believe me you can go over and test it yourself and come back to me saying I was right.
I would not lie to myself as I am also very happy about the results.

Yep. To me its been funny to see some people went all "rip nb" and all i saw was some changes on its gameplay and some nice buffs what comes to pvp.

The Silence on Incap change was weird though, should have just kept the old one and not spend all that effort trying weird things with it. Potato killer ulti now though, against those who dont know about it and just melt while not know to breakfree fast from it.

But yeh, good nbs are wrecking face in pvp as before, or even better. NB tanks on pve were buffed a lot too. Nice side bonus to happen positively for once. :)

Nah, more like info on the nb situation after the changes, to say it is not "rip" but still can do what it could before, but with small changes to how you do it.

In general i feel people are often too sensitive on others ratings/opinions on what classes/specs are currently strong and what are "weak", people follow the fotm too much without even testing, some abandon their main even they enjoy playing the most just because some say its "rip" class lol. People. *shrugs* :)

Wow I wonder who on here said during the pts cycle once they got minor vulnerability that it was just as powerful and it just had to slightly tweek what it was doing in pvp? Yep this guy.

I was told by all the forum blades yep that it was a "Nerf" and the game would never be the same for them and the sky is falling.

And here we are today with this video and I'm laughing and crying at the same time lol. Forum blades just don't want to adapt slightly is all I heard/see 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

In looking at your signature (vHOF World Record 2018, All Hard Mode clears, Flawless Conqueror, etc.), you are the type that don’t have a problem adjusting in getting the same DPS numbers you had before. Many of the rest of us take longer to adapt.

I agree. And it seems to me more and more that they want to leave everyone with one skill for damage, one skill for sneak and one for self heal. Or do not even know what they even want.

Nice video, thanks for the info.

My favorite part is at 0:32, when you perfectly cloak an incoming flame reach...yet get hit with the flame reach anyway. That always drives me nuts.

Afaik they changed how vulnerability effects work in Wrathstone, so yes, damage on impact is stronger than buffs that boost your damage by x%. I think it's the same with Incap and with the sorc passive. Aren't there poisons which give minor vulnerability as well? Might be worth using them now.
I used to think that PvP was a tragedy, but now I realize, it's a comedy.

Youre twisting my words, I said minor vulnerability is stronger than minor berserk and it is appreciated but putting it on such a horrible skill which is ambush is a mistake, which I still agree, while I realized how strong vulnerabilities in PvP really are, ambush is still a clunky and unreliable way of application.

Looks like a spambush stamblade thing. I will love my minor berserk back and teleport strike morphs back to what they were before... they are just forcing players to play in a uniform playstyle. No diversity = no fun for me.
melee nightblades might get and advantage in pvp but alot of other playstyle just got sh!t on (archer type playstyle, bomblades, range magnightblades etc ...). SO yeah I wouldn't call whoever made this change a "genious".

All gank/bomb/snipe builds will easily gain Minor Berserk with Camo Hunter.

Me too on the magblade end, along with people not liking the merciless mitigation.

If you’re a pvper no loss, in pve it’s different.
Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
    Havoc Warhammer - Alair
LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
PRX and Tabula Rasa - Rift - Iskiab
Or anyone else I used to play games with in guilds I’ve forgotten

While this worked for magblades, it didnt for stamblades. Besides that, the uptime on minor vuln will not be as high and you werent able to reliably proc it when youll need it.

I’d have to agree it made logical sense. In PvE, fracture is always gonna be given to you by the tank; minor Berserk could or should be given to you from a healer; and minor vulnerability may or may not be applied?

This does makes good sense for PvP. You can use mark target if you want for fracture, and camo hunter for berserk. Now you get minor vulnerability too. It’s kind of a buff.

As you stated, get more value from a Maul now without using fracture, strictly for PvP...maybe for PvE too who knows?

To work a gap closer into PvE for the buff is bizarre though and won’t likely get used much.

Doesn’t change the fact that nightblade is still very strong in PvE.

Surprise attack did seem to lose a good bit of utility now though. It gives way to other options.
