Depends on your situation. Was it a game blocking bug or were just being a daedric troll? A succinctly worded ticket in the appropriate category has always been answered within 48 hours in my experience.
You'll get "a response" in a week or so. Whether the response is helpful depends on how mindlessly easy the problem is to fix. If any of their blanket responses don't happen to solve your problem, you're on your own.
Can always ask on the forum, though. Some folks here are way more helpful than customer support. And they actually understand and play the game, so if it's a common problem they probably already have a thread open for it.
Hate to sound all super positive but all the times i have contacted support they have been very helpful & resolved my issues (even the embarrassingly stupid ones)
Actually, I've got any responses from customer support 3 or 4 times. Two times it was when I've got a product, but the money came back to me due to failure in the payment system and when I couldn't buy an item. Usually, they just sent answer there they assume your issue was already resolved. But most of the time they don't even answer.
I have had like 7 tickets in the past 3 years. They were always pretty good with responding. But now I have had one in since Sunday night and its way more serious than, "I didn't get my twitch drops yet." I wonder if they are short staffed in their customer service department. All I have is a forum response of someone telling me my ticket is still open and It should be responded in 48 hrs which it has already been longer than.
