Is Vampire Bugged?

Like the title says, is it bugged? I feel like I am taking a lot more damage on all my vampire characters after the chapter patch dropped, and not just from fire damage sources. They struggle to survive now, its bonkers to me, I am having trouble wrapping my head around it. Anyone else having this problem, or have info on a bug?

There's been moments where my vampire took massive fire damage and my heals weren't doing anything. But 99% of the time fire isn't dangerous so thought it was the instance of fire that was issue and not vampire itself.

Yeah i feel the same. But it can also be that necro is just insanely squishy.

Depends on what you are doing. My experience with the warden is, that some goblin tribes and some daedra did not get the memo about the One Tamriel nerf.

I heard it is bugged. A lot of people I know in vSS have been dropping down to stage 1 on the fire boss because of it. Something about you end up taking a whole lot more damage than you should at stage 2. If I recall.

haven't really noticed any differences but my vampire is a tank, so the health bar rarely goes low enough to benefit a lot from the damage reduction passive outside of battlegrounds.
