No. One of the key advantages of Steam is that you can open reviews+forum and see what game really is. And I bought ton of games in gog but since gog forums are dead, I discussed them on Steam just fine. Enforcing that limitation just shows that ZOS is afraid non-steam users will come to Steam to bash game for performance etc. Smells bad.
