PS4 NA guild chats disappear when selected

Just recently re downloaded the game after the new chapter lunched and this problem has been happening everyday. The cookie cutter response to delete save game data doesn’t even work all the time. I just did that and re started me console. After logging in and trying to switch to a guild chat it disappears right off the rip. Can you guys please fix this? Pretty please
