finally started running into small mans, duo's, etc. that run rez.

man that is some annoying *profanity* finally start taking them out an nope, rez, try again. even see it happening in keeps and locations where you cannot get a forward camp.

everyone knew that rez ult was going to be a ball ache. whats even the point of killing other players or trying to fight, its so boring, there is no punishment for death.

I guess we what? pvdoor now? no point to fighting, everyone just pops back up

Moons must have aligned for them as I have tried and it's odd to have bodies together in the area to get more than 2 where you aren't already running for your life yourself.

It's super situational. if anything, it could use a passive or something to just carry

Actually haven’t seen this ult used yet, to be honest most Necros haven’t been a threat. Only time they have been was in outnumbered fights and they drop the bash ult. Other than that they seem to be easy kills.

I would like to both add and confirm that I have not really seen it used in zergs that much, at least not the pug zergs (cannot comment on organized groups) as they tend to use the smash ult.

but have seen it used in small man groups to great effect, there is just no point to even fighting these groups anymore and now your best option is to ignore them.

small scale is pointless, these groups don't die anymore, you cannot get rid of them.

now I actively head for the mindless zerg, that's the only place to get fights that mean anything, and that's really sad.

I mean I think the only reason this ability is not op is because tanking damage is already so easy it doesn't matter.

the res ulti is more annoying whe. 48 people are chasing down 10 people and you keep killing them but they are spamming res ulti to avoid dying with their tanks.

yup

its the next step in forward camps, they required specific positioning and had a death timer. and even then its hard to perma kill groups.

now none of those requirements exist, and any player can insta rez any other at any location with no penalty.

there is no reason to try and fight small - mid sized groups anymore. they will not die, you cannot pvp in pvp.

just push the map I guess. . .

I feel like if they want to keep it in the game it should at least be interruptable. It should also take your ult if you get interrupted. This would add some risk to the skill and mindless spamming of it wouldn’t work anymore. “Counter play”, it’s a beautiful thing.

Use it before you complain (again) !

It is so situational and expensive that it is not your main ulti. The best of the ultimate is not the 3 dead rez, it is the range.

Yeah they add mega 'counterplay' to blastbones.

But yet you can instant revive 3 people and get 15K resources back instantly with no counter. Amazing.

Oh my oh my who would have thought that ZOS will release OP class with OP skills that you have to buy? Nah... I think this ult should also consume necromancer health, each player resurrected with this skill will consume 34% of necromancer max health, meaning necromancer ressurecting 3 players will kill him self. Ressurecting 2 players will leave necro almost in execute range. It's a fair trade off.

Honestly, it's crap. Highly situational and with the highest cost in game it's barely usable. You're better with firing off three times Resto Ult than to use rezz once.

Extremely situational ult. I’ve found it most useful on front doors and flags, as people actually semi-stack in those areas. Otherwise? I spend most of my time with my ultimate at 500, just waiting for an opportunity to use it when I could be using something else. It’s pointless to drop on one or two people, considering how much it costs. Necros also lack resurrection passives like Templars, meaning that anyone we resurrect is vulnerable as they’re not at full health. The number of necros you see running this ultimate pales in comparison to the number of necros you see running bash cheese.

I haven't taken my necro to Cyrodiil yet, and I dont plan to use the rez ultimate either way....but it's an ultimate.
Unless you're willing to extend the interrupt to all ultimates, this is a bad idea.
I'm all for counterplay, but if it's not across the board this is just picking on a class, just because. Not good.
