Anyone else notice some things missing from Elsweyer patch notes

Like things that were buffed but never mentioned or changed that were reverted since elsweyer launch? I find myself keep finding surprises. If so what did you find?
I found light champion duration increase was reverted.
Nb ult gains more ultitimate per kill from 7 to 10.

Rygonix✭✭✭✭✭They kept Sunfire basically the way it was pre-patch (DD then a DoT afterwards). Thank goodness.

That has always happened. The ult gain from soul harvest increases as you level it.0
