Can one character be bugged when the others are ok?

Returning player.
A week ago I created a necro, everything has been fine levelling but all of a sudden today, after a couple of hours of play, I can't use my mount, swap weapons etc then after a short time I can.
When I can mount, sprint works but no matter how long I hold down shift it only sprints for one second. Then takes several seconds to unmount.
I thought lag but asked in zones and none else was having problems.
If I log a different character I have none of these problems.
So is my necro bugged

Kim_Angel✭✭Same Problems here , cant Mount , not appears , cant weapon swap or use rapid manouvers afterwards till next loading.
Also Sprint not working only small speedboost then gone , same here Rapid Manouver only applies one Effect or none and is not working, tested with and without add ons, same effect.
And its of course only on the Necro , created 2 weeks ago maybe , all other Characters Working fine, beside all that guild, FL and Cyro Disaster .

I tried to mine a node just now and game crashed

Zorgon_The_Revenged✭✭✭✭✭I used to get an "unable to see enemy names" bug in PvP on about 3 of my characters and the rest of my characters were fine, strangely the 3 were AD races created in EP alliance. Never got "fixed", just disappeared and reappeared every so often.
A few years ago I also had a character (magDK) that used to get a lot of frame drops and disconnects in PvE zones, compared to none on other characters, all had the same minimal amount of addons etc.

✭✭✭✭✭Zos, of should I say players, have had a host of issues concerning necros since they hit PC a couple few weeks ago. Some got stuck in the starter quests, some got locked up at level 30 (based on forum posts).
So the answer to OP is yes and seemingly more so with the necro. Submit a ticket so Zos can help you out and hopefully someday get things working as they should.0 -

Pretty sure ruinous scythe may be bugged as it seems a bit hit and miss if you get the heal. (could be my imagination though)

On my healer and my magplar, no bar swaps, can't tap target anything in sunspire once fighting has started, can't use my ulti due to targeting issues probably connected to the tap targeting, and fps sinks to an unplayable rate when there are more than 2 NPCs present.PC/Xbox NA

✭Yes. You can have one or more bugged such as stuck in a certain location after logging off and now you cannot load that character or characters back in to the game.

when you press the mount button, does a brown horse with no saddle appear? and you climb it but it disappears straight away? can you use certain abilities infinitely? do monsters have difficulty targeting you? can you enter stealth?0 -

Kazzari✭Same here, again 1st the dead mobs not being where they show in game.
And now the no mount, no weapon swap bug and the block shield not going away bug :'(
So far only on my stam necro and it only started today. Reload ui and re-logging won't help.
Going to throw myself off a cliff and see if that helps

✭Would be nice to at least get some acknowledgement of the problem. It feels like crap to have the class I pay for being literally broken. I'm having all sorts of issues with my necro.
1- Problems sprinting...sprints like 3 feet and stops.
2- Permanent blocking graphic...pretty self explanatory.
3- Unable to activate synergies...most notably the avid boneyard morph.
4- Unavoidable bounties...game decides to act as if you have a summon active, all the time...so as soon as you approach any white aura npc, you get flagged for a bounty.
5- Issues being able to summon skeletal archer...possibly related to #4.
6- Not being able to stealth due to permanent detection.
7- Buffs randomly not activating from passives or abilities(had an interesting one earlier where rapid maneuver only gave me foot speed and not mount speed).
8- Food randomly not applying stat buffs.
This isn't even remotely acceptable.3 -

✭No problems for me so far, but my wife's necromancer also has some of the aforementionned issues. Permanent shield graphics even when not blocking, impossibility to switch bar (relogging fixed that temporarily), can't mount, and for some reason the Scythe no longer provides its healing part when hitting enemie, impossibility to summon skeletons...
This is almost permanent for her. A relog may fix some of those issues for a few minutes, but that's it.

Exact same problems on my Necromancer. Haven't been on my other characters except for writs to notice it was just a necromancer thing.0 -

Yep. Get that one too. Only started happening after Mondays update for me.

But everything works fine and they upgraded the servers, they told us. Did you try it on another web browser ? Or another ISP ? Did you switch off your antivirus ?
