PC-EU cannot log into Cyrodiil or zone to upper parts of Imperial City

On PC-EU I cannot log in any characters that I logged out of in Cyrodiil. I just get an endless loading screen, the only way out of which is to kill the client. Since I cannot get into Cyrodiil I cannot even move these characters to PVE. My characters in PVE zones cannot see or enter any Cyrodiil campaigns but can move around PVE zones.

Characters that are logged in Imperial City can log in there and explore the sewers, but cannot zone to any of the 6 above ground zones (Nobles, Temple etc) as this causes a never ending loading screen. These characters can at least leave to PVE, unlike my Cyrodiil characters.

In PVE my Guilds are gone, although I can still access the guild store via the bank.

This has been ongoing all day now and lots of players seem affected. What's the situation and Is this being worked on?

    I cant loading in Cirodiil all my characters who was in Cirodiil before update 5.0.8. I finished my game 02 june 2019 in Cirodiil, and cant no more enter into Cirodiil after update 5.0.8. Infinite load screen. I waited very long time, I turned off all addons but it no help me. I havent problems with my characters who was in PVE location but they havent any informationin in PVP roster.

    And gone again. It was working briefly earlier, but Cyrodiil, Imperial City, Guilds, Friends, all vanished again. Can't log into any characters that is logged in Cyrodiil.

    When are you going to fix this? It's been going on for over 24 hours now.
