Q4 Zone DLC: Dragonhold
Why is nobody talking about this yet (maybe I missed some threads but usually there should be more talk about it I guess)?
As for the second DLC, that one’s called Dragonhold, and it’s due out by the end of the year and will presumably bring to a close the Season of the Dragon plot that’s dominated 2019. Explorer types, this one’s for you, as Dragonhold introduces the new Pellitine zone in Southern Elsweyr, “a lawless wasteland impacted by a deadly plague almost 20 years ago.” This is where popular lore character Sai Sahan comes in.
“[In Pellitine], you must gather allies (including fan-favorite Sai Sahan), reform the ancient Dragonguard order, develop powerful new tools and weapons, and put an end to the Dragon menace before it threatens to engulf all of Tamriel,” the studio writes. “As a Zone DLC, the region of Southern Elsweyr will be filled with new quests, Delves, World Bosses, and, of course, Dragon Hunt events, too.”

The interesting part is
develop powerful new tools and weapons but judging by ZOS past this doesn't mean actually new weapons but something totally meaningless like pressing button A in a questline to forge the weapon.
A new feature in Q4 DLC is overdue because Elsweyr added absolutely nothing besides Necromancer. So... are we getting new weapons? Most likely not but I wish.
