Pc Na is seeing same guild chat/whisper delay as Pc Eu.

I was told this was an issue since the patch this morning from what I'm told?
I tested and found only guild chat is getting delayed so I edited the title to be guild chat. Since I'm not seeing it with zone or say chat.

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, I typed something in guild chat, pressed enter, and it didn't even post for 45 seconds. And I was running around, banking, deconstructing, etc. Nothing else was lagging.
Missing luxury vendor last patch, severe chat lag this patch..... seems like every patch things just get worse and worse.1 -
