Please for the love of gad.

Increase the priority of non-reward & non-craft supply mail in the order of recieved overflow mail.

That is all, thank you :)

Basically he wants automated mail, dungeon daily reward and hireling mail, to go last and player sent items or auction bought items to appear first. I would prefer they increased the limit to at least 80 from 50.

I see. I want those items to come first, as it is now. So probably a custom option so we can decide for ourselves would be the best. But it is not very high up on my priority list I have to admit.

For the love of god, literally anything that will fix the issue is fine. I bought 2 items on the guild merchants and it to 5 hours to dig them out.

    5 hours.

    5.

    Hours.

Just delete your mail more often? I don't get the problem. Why do you need 5 hours to open 2 mails? What's going on?

I recently bought like 200 items in guild stores, generating overflow, and it took me only a few minutes to collect all the items?

    What is happening exactly?

Mail is lagging too often, sometimes you cannot receive your mail for hours or until you relog / change location, even if your mail queue is empty.

Well first of all, I don't sub, and my inventories operate at about 95% capacity at any given time.

2 mail? What world are you living in?
And 200 mail of supplies is not the same as 200 mail of matts and rewards.

No, carrying less inventory is not an option.

Yes I have a character now dedicated to farming out crafting mail, but that still doesn't account for a fother mucking landslide of reward mail.

Yes I do go through mail regularly, but it is not always advisable to pull mail contents out as it will further bung up your inventory a(for example, every geode you pull is one less inventory slot, since they are containers and can't be banked, and have a currency limit of 100 account wide, and since geodes come randomly with 2/3 of Cyrodiil rewards, and I don't want to waste geodes, I can't just start pulling things randomly).

This is not a thing that should be in dispute.
Just separate mail and rewards/matts or give us an option to get auction mail & player mail first. It can't be that hard to implement a filter and a checkbox can it?

"User mail" should get a separate queue from "System mail" (hirelings, worthless rewards and such).

I always get my mail crammed with rewards of the worthy, and can't even grab anything I buy in a guild store without first clearing that junk for 10 minutes. Separating the queues would let us use the mail for *gasp* communication, and also receiving items from stores/players, while ignoring all the junk the game throws in our mailboxes. I'm fully aware that "System mail" items never expire, and many people would just stop clearing those once that wouldn't prevent them from actually using mail. Here's hoping that inboxes with thousands of stashed items would finally make ZOS realize how incredibly stupid rewards of the worthy are, and remove them altogether; and also how silly uncracked geodes in mail are, and remove those as well.

While I disagree with removing rewards mail, I ENTIRELY agree with such a separation. Couldn't agree more you hit the nail on the head when you said we could actually use mail for communication. How many times I've had someone be like "oh I'll cod you this item" and I have to be like "oh I can't because I have 10,000 rewards for the worthy."

Five hours for mail? I can't imagine tons of people leaving that much mail unopened and notifications unanswered doesn't hurt server performance a little. It shouldn't be the case, but I bet that kind of stuff stacks onto other issues.
