Can you gift a house

I was wondering this as I have crowns that I don't care to use and my wife is a house collector.

If it is giftable, when you mouse over the item, it will tell you at the bottom what options you have.
If an item is giftable, you will have the option to hit " F " and buy it as a gift, then a pop-up to fill in details
Houses are not giftable however, last I checked a couple weeks ago.

✭Unfortunately, no. But if you use the housing editor you can buy some crown only furniture and gift it. That might be something to look at.
