I don't know why they didn't say more of this information during the presentation, but it's all spelled out on the Bethesda.net site.
Scalebreaker, is set to arrive in Q3 and brings two new dungeons for you and your team to conquer: Moongrave Fane and Lair of Maarselok
Coming late 2019, you can experience the exciting end of the Season of the Dragon adventure with Dragonhold, the final DLC of the year. Dragonhold brings a whole new zone to explore in Southern Elsweyr called Pellitine, a lawless wasteland impacted by a deadly plague almost 20 years ago. There, you must gather allies (including fan-favorite Sai Sahan), reform the ancient Dragonguard order, develop powerful new tools and weapons, and put an end to the Dragon menace before it threatens to engulf all of Tamriel.

    Hell, no! Even more s*itty kitty content. I'm fine with the elsweyr chapter, it would have come at some point anyway, but two khajiit regions in a row? Khajiit are just 1 out of 10 playable races! Now the rest of us, who don't give a d*mn about these cat people, have to wait a full year for something exciting.

    Dude I had to put up with TWO Chapters of Elves. You can deal with a single year of Cat people. Get over it.

    Considering they announced that dragons were only released in Elsweyr and that the whole year would be the season of the Dragon with a continued storyline across all four content pieces, that was to be expected, wasn't it?

    I, for one, hope that they include the Whispering Fang in Pelletine somehow. I'll even settle for a lorebook.

    Considering the amount of land left for that area is about the same size as the chapter, I'm guessing that it will have huge chunks of accessible land, that or will only be half of it.

    Anyone surprised about another kitty area hasn't been paying attention. They said ages ago the story would last the year. Of course the story wasn't going to suddenly travel across the land to some other area having dragon problems, with no dragon problems in between. That doesn't even make sense.

    Was thinking the exact same thing. It looks like a larger area to fill than the previous smaller zone DLCs. Hopefully it isn’t just half of it.
