Elsweyr Chapter Not Workimg

I seem to be having the same issue some people are having. I've bought the Elsweyr chapter upgrade. But when I go to the game it tells me that I need to buy the Elsweyr chapter. I click on upgrade and it brings me to the xbox store which shows that I already bought it.
