Can't login! Can't get help!

SO I got logged out of the game, went to log back in and it came with like, error 200?? And kept coming up over and over again. So I thought I'd shut down the game completely and reopen it, but now the launcher wont work, play button will not show up. Keeps acting like it's trying to download a patch, but there isnt one. Repair button will appear but pressing it does nothing.
Restarted both PC and internet modem. Same issue. WoW will run fine. A friend who is over is having the issue on a separate pc.
Also, it says to go to Help.ElderScrollsOnline.com but that page wont load either.

I am NOT running through Steam.

Are you and your friend using Spectrum and on the west coast? If so contact them, and submit a ticket to ZOS help through your phones data plan.

There are a few other threads on this, we all got booted about 5 pm today.

Can't even login using cellular data to do a support ticket.
