Clearly, after the Manimarco incident, The Psijics have no tolerance for necromancers. So it stand to reason that they would not tolerate any necromancers in their ranks, right? Ok, so then why are necromancers permitted to complete the psijic skill line? Clearly we need to nerf that straight away.
