I have a problem with mission breaking a tide with my character Liliana Vëss. In the past I had to abandon the mission because I couldn't complete it because of a bug. I have been trying for more than a week to contact someone from zenimax by all possible methods to solve the bug and help me as this is preventing me from completing the history of one of the areas. Every day that passes I feel more frustrated because I feel totally ignored by the technical service. Never in any other game had I had so many problems when asking for help. Surely I should desist from deleting my character and create a new one to pass the story to me but I do not plan to do so. This is a problem that could happen to anyone and I'm not going to give up until they fix it because it's something that entirely spoils all the effort you've made with a character.
