Yes

I usually make "lore-friendly" looks on my characters for roleplaying purposes, so nothing extreme. But despite that, my main aswell as a few other of my characters who got some of my simplest armours, gets compliments and comments every now and then. It's always a pleasant surprise and I often try give them in turn to outfits and looks I like on others.

I do notice from time to time other players stopping what they are doing to come stand next to a character or running my characters down. Most of the time its probably because of a certain mount (Im usually not running a shiny but definitely a LTR) or some costume. Id like to think my female characters are headturners but who knows, they might be very ugly to others.

I refuse to play with any toon that doesn't look good. So yeah I got emote reactions, complimenting whispers and random FRs on all of my mains through my playtime. However my current one is more on unique side of pretty than others so I don't get as many anymore. She is the best looking among them all to me though; especially for the reason I've yet to see anyone looking even slightly like her

Depends what they are saying.

If they're saying that (in real life) lizards don't ever have boobs and cats don't have boobs unless they're pregnant/breast feeding, then they're not weirdos.

If they're making sexual comments, then it's fair to say they are.

I do get asked about motif styles, outfits, dyes, customization etc now and again, by randoms passing by. But that's hardly the same as being a "head turner".

I never really notice characters myself with outstanding/extreme looks. I feel most look the same with only minor variations.
They need like crazy colors, crazy name and cross-dressing, for me to turn my head lol. So I naturally assume it's the same for everyone else, as in they wont look closer unless it's something out of the ordinary.
