As of lately multiple times per day my skills will not go off. Especially on my healer and healing springs

The only one of those I've ever seen is the people running on mounts. I have very often heard of the bar switching issue, but I've never experienced it personally.

On average below one, but that isn't an option.
The last one was the missing achievement for the Elsweyr daily of killing Zalsheem (which has been fixed).

I am not playing everyday since my relocation but I did experience one certain bug each time I have played: can’t aim for resto staff heavy attack. Player just freezes on the spot while holding the attack button, no attack registers.

I rarely experience bugs. I'm on PC and don't do PVP, so that is a factor.
It made a HUGE difference buying a good gaming PC. Like night and day.

Right? I'll most certainly call their BS. Game is so full of bugs on every single PC I use. If it was one PC I own I'd say it was me, and if I was certainly the only one, then I could buy what these ZOS booty-kissers say, but I don't because they won't prove it, and it's totally anecdotal.

Doesn't mean their experience is BS. Nor does it mean your experience is BS.
With the Zalsheem quest as example: some got the achievement and some didn't. Which had had a logical reason, allthough some questioned the believability of those players who got lucky.

Gaming experience depends on a lot of various influences, add-ons, type of gameplay, ISP, hardware, software, etc...
It is quite unreasonable to judge another on his gaming experience, when that other one isn't an exact copy of you abd your gameplay.

Zo$ stopped having "bugs" a long time ago. They have "game features" now.

I expect to see a set next patch or two that gives you mount speed when "running the mount".

Do we know if the commonly mentioned bugs like e.g. those relating to bar swapping and weapons not hitting etc are cross-platform or only on either PC or console?

It would actually be quite useful in a thread like this if those reporting that they suffer from daily bugs of this or that kind mentioned which platform they're playing on.

the usual weapon appearing under your feet after you use a skill and weapon swap.

the usual not beeing able to break free in pvp even if i have a full stamina bar.

the usual blocking a heavy attack in a veteran delve that i'm trying to solo (screw dps queue times) while the boss heavy
attack goes off way before the animation shows it.

the usual skills not activating even if pressed multiple times..

and the usual 100-200MS in the entire world while i have 10-20MS in every other MMO ontop of the rubberbanding and 999+MS in the only Cyrodil campaign that i'm interested in joining.. not a bug i know but after 4 years of this beeing the case i thought i'd mention it anyway.

People who don't see bugs in game, do you play the game at all?

1. Character spin on log-in. Every first log-in.
2. Lag spikes in Alinor and Rimmen (+999 latency and down to 8 or 9 fps).
3. Periodic game crashes (usually right when I'm in the middle of writs, mount training and research and after changing zones, characters a dozen times).

4. if you count the weird visual bug in the southern part of Northern Elsweyr (I just go there for woodworking surveys right now). The scenery just goes crazy and spikes out in every direction. You can barely see where you're trying to go.
