Necro and light armor

Hello,
I created a necromancer and began playing.
It has some mixed type of armor at this point but armor skills are only available for medium and heavy armor.
Although I am also wearing light armor, I have no skills for this armor.
Is this a bug ?

✭✭✭✭✭At least in the Elsewyer Tutorial, you can pick up enough armor pieces while in there to unlock each armor line. Each weapon line too, although I did not find a resto Staff, it may or may not be there.
Anyway, I just kept swapping out stuff until went through it.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
