I was able to reclaim some slots back with the new bridge, using two for the docks instead of multiple wooden docks and the new floor for the balcony instead of multiple statue bases. Couldn't think of a better use for the space than expanding the balcony. Now I'm going to wander around the Palace and see what else can be switched out to get back more slots.
What are your favorite Furnishing from the Chapter so far?

LadySinflower✭✭✭✭✭I also love the new furnishings! I am relatively new to the game so haven't seen a lot of the complaints about furnishings. I want every single furnishing to go somewhere in one of my houses, but I'm gong to have to wait. I don't want to buy them with crowns. I'm trying to farm as many plans as I can from dragons and will probably pay through the nose to buy them from guild traders. I'll buy with in- game gold but just can't afford crowns.1

✭✭✭✭✭Khajiit was always planning that the completion of Sugar Island would involve many imported good from Elsweyr.
They are truly beautiful and this one is very pleased that so far she been able to obtain the means to craft many things - though she does not understand why in a land of so much sand the particular kind we require is so rare yes.
This one has managed to provide a fine feast at the summerhouse.
Now this one awaits the import of more plants and some statues yes. Hopefully next month.
This one is waiting to throw a island warming party when the pretty things finally arrive.

Freddycruz89✭✭✭@BomblePants I buy most of them on crown store. I feel the drain lol just take it slow and check to see if your friends can craft stuff you need instead of buying them from traders. @LadySinflower I wouldn't say there has been furniture complaints as much as they are requests from the community. With the current slot caps it can be quite difficult to fully decorate homes, so most members want more compact furnishings that will use less slots and look more detailed. Summerset chapter brought us some relief with potted plants, filled bookcases and cluttered place settings. Now Elsweyr blew it out of the park with the new bookcases and fabrics and everything else really. Patience is a must for housing so take it one day at a time. 😊Octavius Maximus, Founder of The Maester' Order
