    Maybe they can invest time in trivial stuff like that once they fix server stability, the groupfinder, other long standing bugs, class balance..etc..etc...

    The duchess personality is correct. I think his signature hand up stance is idle2.

    Costume you can get with the theives guild questline. But have to play through the storyline to get.
