Weird Font problem since macOS 10.14.5

As you can see in the screenshot, I have some weird Font problem since I upgraded to the latest version of macOS.
The problem definitely occurs only on this version. When I downgrade to 10.14.4, everything works normal.

Beside downgrading again to 10.14.5 (which I absolutely not want to) ... what can I do?

And so far? No one has a fix our side. It looks like this isn't something end users can work around.

Hey ... that IS the same problem.
Did not see that thread but anyway ... as you said -> Nothing to do against it.
