Can’t get into Elsweyr

Am I the only one who cannot get into Elsweyr? I can travel everywhere in Tamriel, but when I try to get into Elsweyr the loading freezes. Tried with different characters and now they are all stuck in Elsweyr because I can’t get in there.

You could contact support or try to repair the game. NB do this before going to bed or to work / school as it all has to be downloaded.Grinding just make you go in circles.
