What to replace wings with now that it's pretty much useless?

Hey all,

This isn't a whine thread about wings being nerfed. What's done is done :-)

I'm mainly playing my stamdk for PvP and I've run protective plate all the time pretty much. I feel like it's just a wasted slot on my bar right now as I feel incredibly squishy after the patch, even squisher than my stamplar. I don't feel like wings is good enough now since it's only damage mitigation on projectiles. I'm just wondering if you have any suggestions as to what to replace wings with this patch to feel a little bit less squishy?

I'm currently running the standard stamdk heavy build with 7th legion and bloodspawn.

Hi

For a standar StamDk, replace wings with cauterize to bring a better heal for yourself.
For the snare immunity, use forward momentum instead rally (you use cauterize now).

Do you realise wings mitigation is as strong as the base block ?

When being able to permablock almost all ranged attack became bad ?

Also, before asking what to replace, tell us your skill bars.

You do know that wings doesnt block all ranged attacks, right? Only projectiles and not even all projectiles. Stuff like dots, valkyn etc. still do full damage. But sure, I can block light attack projectiles.

Anyway, you're off-topic. This isn't a whine thread. Take your pre-teen arguments and please, dont capitalize letters to act autistic. It''s annoying to read.

If you was able to read proprely, you would notice the almost part.

I'm not off topic at all.

You complained about a skill being useless, and for that reason you want to remove that skill. You need to proprely understand the power of skill before changing it.

My pre-teen arguments ? Stating facts is pre-teen arguments ?

Also, can you stop being off topic ? We need to know your skill bars like I said in my on topic answer just above, so people can help you.

re-morph Rally to FW and put Cauterize. I got about 5-6k heals per 5 sec, or it heals others around me, and its only 2k magicka cost.

Also, Race Against Time. I've been using it before Elswyr on my med-build StamDK, so now it's just better.

as strong as a base block that costs a HELL lot more, especially on a StamDK.
