This is more of a "ignore the house entirely" - i don't build IN tel galen, I build ON it
Made with @R_K 's Essential Housing Tools. The roof is an fx and the rest is all built using the building tool.

This is really clever! I guess if ZOS doesn't take my request for blank-slate houses seriously, this is the way to go. Thanks for the inspiration! Wish I could view them in game.
