Resetting Skills at the shrines

Hi Guys,
So I know you can reset your skills at shrine for a "donation" and I know that its expensive and it goes up each time, I have read a it about this. However, one question myself and a few friends have been unable to answer is...
If you have 20 skill points spent in to your different areas and if you want to respect to lets say fix some minor changes, when you go pumping your point back into your main skill line, Assassination for example, is that skill still up at level 22 like before? Will Assassin's blade morph up so you can spend the points or are you going to have to get exp to you can level them all up again?

nudel✭✭✭✭✭Yes. All progress in a skill line and in a specific skill remains the same. You can choose whether to invest any points in a skill line or that skill again. You can also choose between the morphs again.1
