Can we get a copy of the dark brotherhood sanctuary as home?

The layout of the actual dark brotherhood sanctuary is so nice with great little rooms to it. It’s beautiful and the space is more closed in.
The erstwhile sanctuary home we have now is crazy open through the entire thing. The lighting is really off light not having the red color tint and since it’s so open it makes decorating a mess. Making it impossible to really fill in the space. There is so many nice little rooms in the actual dark brotherhood sanctuary that would be easier to decorate and feel like actual rooms.
Other problem is erstwhile is super stretched out. It feels like you are walking a mile to move between places while the dark brotherhood sanctuary has a nice circle area to help reduce the walk.
Please please please copy and paste the dark brotherhood sanctuary as a home

We don’t even have proper walls to build rooms. The materials would look totally out of place..

The lay out of the dark brother sanctuary is complete diffrent. All I’m asking for is a copy and paste of the floor plan which would hardly be any work to do at all. I’ve seen multiples complaints about erstwhile. It’s floor plan is horrible for decorating. The dark brotherhood sanctuary on the other hand has a really awesome unique floor plan.

I think what WildberryJack means by similar is that Erstwhile is the closest you’ll get because to ZoS, we already have a DB themed house and probably won’t get another for quite some time now... They aren’t talking about the floor-plan.
Thinking on it I don’t think ZoS have done a lot of repeat themes with the limited time housing, appears to be more or less 1 attempt at whatever the theme is then move on...
