Saw this on reddit, tried it out last night. Wasn't sure if it's healing myself lol... or heals only people around me. But it's pretty nice to get 3.5 ~ 5k heal burst every 5 sec, for merely 2k magicka cost...
Is it worth replacing Fragment shield with its minor brutality? It sure won't replace Vigor or Rally...

✭✭✭If it granted Major Savagery I would have said yes. Because aside from the heal on the skill, it would have also buffed your other heals indirectly by offering higher crit chance. As well as buffing your offensive potential of course.
Sadly Cauterize only offers Major Prophecy, which is useless to StamDK, so it's a no for me.EU | PC | AD1 -

It's no longer just "meh" though... it now scales on EITHER ur max mag or stamina, whichever higher. so it's a nice added heal that costs less then Frag Shield.

✭i went back to original morph, the fireball damage that was used stamDK only for the crit buff, and a teeny tiny damage...
now each balls is about 7.5k, so there's significant damage too.
HOWEVER
in Cyrodiil, a ball of 7k damage every 5 second is completely underwhelmed compared to 7.5k HEAL every 5 seconds.
