I've not done almost anything save one delve, one public dungeon, dragons, and stealing stuff in Rimmen, but I've still got a standout moment...

I was waiting for a dragon fight to start and started running in a random direction just to see what was there. Ended up at a point that overlooked the Ashen Scar and had an absolutely spectacular view of it. It was so unexpected and just so weirdly beautiful that it blew me away. I have no idea what the actual area is like in terms of content, but it was the closes the game has come to Blackreach in Skyrim in terms of the sense of wonder it invoked (not that I was expecting Blackreach or trying to find a similar area).

I generally find the aesthetics of the ESO zones to be rather uninspiring, save the Imperial City and sewers, Craglorn, and a few areas, public dungeons, and Hel Ra Citadel, so Elsweyr was a really nice surprise. I'm still "saving" the zone for when I have a solid chunk of time to sit down and just admire...

I loved the quest that shows Raz's home. I didn't expect it and it truly touched me. Also like the drunk mage kitty :)
All in all, I'm enjoying the dialog & acting...and fighting dragons...of course!

Talking to cadwell and tharn are the best elsweyr has to offer.
Dragons are icing on a pile of catpoop.

I wish I could use the blade of woe to every catperson in elsweyr.

the dragon fight actually really fun, the quest on the other hand, meh at best, summerset much better in term of quest structure imho

First, the graphics of the entire area. This is one of the best areas that I've seen in all the years I've been playing ESO. Everything looks so much better than the other areas. I probably walk/run through most of any zone (by not following roads), and discover things that way that I normally wouldn't find. And that sunrise someone talked about earlier, I saw that too, and it was absolutely amazing.

The other thing that deserves praise is the questing. I've noticed recently that the quest are much better than before, and this goes for Summerset, Psijics Order, and now the quests in this expansion. I guess I prefer long and difficult quests, but it's really good to be playing now.

Congrats to the team for an excellent job.

Did he appear more, or is just that questline?
At the end he receive a letter from Queen Ayrenn with some job, i was wondering if the job was to help with the dragon situation.

I predict he will have a more active role in the q4 zone dlc.

The zone itself and all the talking cats, as in house cats and the larger ones that are not humanoid. Love cats so I like that a lot.

And returning to chat with the drunk old lady kitty post-quest. Anyone who has ever been in a pve trial group will appreciate the accuracy of that reference lol. (Feel free to share the inspiration for her character creation with us...).

definitely the dragons, they are a lot of more fun than i expected and a good source of furnishing blueprints. Being the housing enthusiast that i am, i prefer to make most of my furnishings, it just feels more satisfying to fill a house with things i created

Out of all thigs ? Cadwell & Abnur Tharn. Those 2 characters were the beacon of hope, a reminder of the time back in the 2014 when I was doing main quest... How the game looked like, how balance looked like... It was good to meet them again...

Ppl might like Elsweyr and how it looks or works... But it is a matter of taste. With all do respect, for me, personally, Murkmire was better zone. Idk why though. It had this "thing" that Elsweyr is missing. A soul maybe ? Idk. Murkmire was more immersve imho. But again - it is a matter of taste. Also, it seems that ZOS sticks far too much to khajiit stereotype... Every freaking one I have encouterd so far in Elsweyr feels like a comic relief character... It is getting more & more annoying. I fear at some point I will simply not have patience to even do questing in Elsweyr LOL.

Bard songs are nice - the ones the female Khajiit sings, anyway.

Didn't like the area at first, as it's like they had accidentally left the colour setting too high.

All the colours were far too bright and intense.

After the patch that seemed better, though.

It's a nice enough area, now.

Quite enjoyed Skooma Cat - would like to keep him as a pet, because he is definitely not qualified to be a god.

    Cadwell is always fun.

There are some nice, eclectic, furnishings.

Although, sometimes they are a little too randomly placed and some of the nicest ones don't seem to have any matching, or coordinating items, which is slightly frustrating.

The fountains and some of the statues are particularly nice.

I loved the main storyline it was exciting and engaging. Sir Cadwell make me laugh so hard 😂😂😂
The Dragons are awesome and Sunspire is fun af !!!
I find it hard to pick one thing 'cause there are too many. The landscape and architecture is superb so that definately adds to my wonderfull experience. How adorable are our khajiit cousins? My main is home.

Nothing and the first half of main story really seems like GoT: two queens, ursuper monarch, barbarians, city siege, dragons and dead rising.

Some people just can't be happy or even satisfied - no matter what.

Honestly, I felt a bit like this at first, too.

Housing is objectively rubbish (compared with Summerset and even Vvardenfell), everything was bugging for me (quests and dailies), dragons were making me poorer, rather than richer (poor rewards + poor RNG) and my eyes were being permanently seared by the too-bright colours (combined with some tasteless furnishing combinations!), leaving me with migraines.

It's hard to enjoy anything with all that going on.

The zone in general is actually much better than I even expected but my favorite thing about it is the alfiq, Sereyne aka "drunk russian kitty".
If you haven't yet, I recommend going to the Stitches and doing the quests there to meet her.

    Where at?

Impossible to miss the Stitches gang :)

Alltogether i think there is quite some lore this time.

    Songs!

    Various khajiit furstock!

Sereyne(with the rest of Stitches heist crew) and kitty Sheo!

Raz's quest being so funny and not typical for him(and him having literal mancave!)

    Cadwell's backstory

    Abnur's character development

    Khamira <3

And overall beauty of a zone!

Fighting dragons is very fun too!

Very happy with this chapter overall))))

The fact that it doesn't have a stupefyingly tedious, boring, run-around-for-the-sake-of-running-around questline like Summerset has. God, that Psijic Guild quest... At least I'm GLAD I bought Elsweyr, almost as glad as trying Summerset only when I was subbed and didn't buy it.

Other than the dragon fights with tons of players and complete chaos, it's definitely the music, specifically the bard songs. ♥ Sweet Moon-Sugar Cane ♥

Finished the tutorial at level 4, rode my speed 0 mount up to where a dragon was landing, and using my level 4 freebie bow, got the Dragon Slayer achievement (I think thats what the first kill you get is called).
