I'm sure there is a downtime, someone should have found some dragon with noone else around? I'm a console pleb now so I don't know how crowded it is in Elsweyr.

It most likely has been done already (several times, I would imagine). Not everyone feels the need to write a thread about their accomplishments to boost their egos.

Give it a couple of months for the shine to wear off it and you'll have trouble attracting people.

Not really. Summerset and Vvardenfell are still full of players at all times of the day/night.

Some. For others its like I ran into tonight. Some clown went to the fishing holes and took the time to catch 14 fish and leave so the next person gets 1 and it goes dry. And on their way around they found chests and deliberately left the worthless item so it would not respawn.
And this makes them feel good about themselves
Really sad

Not a chance. It's crowded at all times.
