change enchanting potency column to be like alchemy

with it being in order of level, positive, negative, in descending order, and list the level of the enchant.
so it would go
level 1:
Jora - positive
Jode - negative
level 5:
Porade -positive
Notade - negative
etc. until end
the current potency list is a mess and tells you nothing about the enchant until you select an essence and an aspect to see what is going to be made then faf it out yourself. please clean this up as its a chore every time to craft enchants that are not max level (because we know that potency pretty well)

Some of us have 2 monitors and a web browser open and run the game in windowed fullscreen so we can easily switch windows.

"useful" as in, it might be useful to some people ...
And some of us have a printer. Or even a scrap of paper with a scribbled note on it. Either way, there's no need for everything to be spelt out in the game.0 -

I agree it would be nice to have a sorting option but the enchanting menu has been like that since beta.
So don't get your hopes up.
In fact, it took ZOS almost 2 years to finally give us an option to sort the normal inventory from a-z and have it remember that setting the next time you open the inventory.
