A suggestion to ZOS for remaining HotLC areas

I would like to ask the housing team to give serious consideration to making the at least 1 of the 2 remaining areas of Halls of the Lunar Champion a separate zone with its own item limit.
So, many people have asked for this in the past. You have said that you cannot increase the housing limit. Ok, but can you please take on-board some of our suggestions to ameliorate the issue. One such suggestion is to incorporate separate zones into a home with separate item limits. Many people supported this idea for Psijic Villa while it was still only on the PTS. I think it was unfortunate that the suggestion was not adopted. Hence we now have a huge manor that is impossible to completely decorate, inside and out, with just 700 slots.
Halls of the Lunar Champion will be even worse if you proceed and introduce the 2 remaining zones under the same 700 item limit. With around 175 items for each zone, it will look bare in so many places.
Would this not be the ideal opportunity to even try this solution at least on 1 of the remaining zones? We all appreciate that it will cause a longer load screen at the portal but I think it will be a trade-off people will be happy to make.
Please ZOS, you say read these forums and take our suggestions on-board. I'm sure many will support this suggestion. Even if it is done for just 1 zone to try it out and see if it is a viable solution in future builds for mitigating the current limits.

A very interesting suggestion and maybe they will be able to try it out (I know this was suggested for the interior/exterior of the Grand Psijic Villa). For decorating I would love the separation of the zones but for visiting extra loading screens suck. Tough call adding loading screens for moving between areas in the same house.

Personally aiming for 100 in main hall and 200 per wing for item allocation and yes it is going to be a very big challenge. Halls of Colossus overlook is huge and has so much potential (just don't go swimming!)

I agree that load screens would be a pain but I think that HotLC offers a good opportunity to try it out. Especially if you just do it on 1 zone. Then you are giving people choice. You would have 3 areas in one zone and the fourth in a separate zone.
I think that's a fair compromise

This. Pleeease. Especially in cases where the house layout is already extremely suitable for this. Sure it would be weird to cut a cohesive single space like Earthtear Cavern in half, but separate garden and interior instances for things like the Grand Psijic Villa or separate wing instances for the Hall of the Lunar Champion seem like such a perfect solution!
