One of the main things that causes me annoyance is the lack of communication that a skills tooltip relays to you. Mainly being the damage classification, range type, and block Dodge reflect mechanics. It would be nice to have these things explained as it would help both new and veteran players.

I ask simply for each tooltip to list 3 things.

1: The damage classification, so basically is it direct damage or dot damage. If it's both then list both.

2: The range type, essentially if it would proc a melee attack set have it listed as melee if not have it listed as ranged.

3: mechanics, have it listed if the attack can be dodged, reflected, or blocked.

I feel like all these would help new players understand the attacks they pick better, and would help veterans when setting up their CP and determining what abilities they may want for different combat scenarios.

Actually I rather like this idea. It would certainly simplify things when theory crafting and making builds. ^w^

But then ZOS would have to be consistent with each skill. (Sarcasm) These are great ideas but sadly something similar has been suggested before and ignored by ZOS.

I mainly thought about it because the new combat team seems to be trying to set standards for each ability based on the type of attack it is. Because of this why not add some clarification on the tooltip so people don't have to keep guessing.
