he was arrested for smuggling illegal Dwarven Artifacts, as that is a Federal Crime and punishable by Death, he is in Prison and will not be returning.

I'm on my PC EU toons now, he is not there, others are asking where he is. He's a no show again.

Editing: it's a phasing issue. A guildie could see him so I ported to the guildie and then I could also.
