GUILD FINDER BUG -- APPROVED APPLICATIONS JOINING AS UNKNOWNS

So my guilds are experiencing an issue where when new guild members join the guild via application that they show up in the guild history as UNKNOWN. its is a consistent thing. Anyone else experiencing this? i checked ad dons and they don't appear to be the cause.
