This doesn't happen every time, but still very often since Elsweyr. I have staff in both bars and whenever this bug occurs, my mainbar will use the same staff model that I've assigned in the backbar and it shoots projectiles from my character's feet instead of the staff itself. I need to use reloadui or always remember to go into loading screens with my main bar active.
