Mainbar staff outfit breaks if I have backbar activated when leaving a loading screen

This doesn't happen every time, but still very often since Elsweyr. I have staff in both bars and whenever this bug occurs, my mainbar will use the same staff model that I've assigned in the backbar and it shoots projectiles from my character's feet instead of the staff itself. I need to use reloadui or always remember to go into loading screens with my main bar active.

Naftal✭✭✭✭✭Ok this has nothing to do with staves or which bar uses what weapon. I'm having the bug on any character where it uses wrong weapon model and shoots projectiles from your feet.
For example my stamblade has their dual axes floating a meter under my character when I have a bow equipped and shoots arrows from my feet.0
