since bugs dont exist in this game.
Having some times where I swap bars and my abilities wont cast no matter what I do.

Look at my actionbar, you can see the abilities im trying to cast pulse when I hit them but nothing happens. Begins aftermy channeled accel/crit surge, I try to cast volley, nothing, then i spam atro 4 or 5 times, bar swap, bar swap back, still unable to drop it.
